The Table of Planets itself is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA 4.0). This means you can use the table for whatever you want, but you have to give credit to the creator (Andrew Lesh), and you can't stop others from making their own derivative works under the same license.
